We want the process of placing and receiving a StingBee order to be simple and straightforward. Below you will find the key information about payment and delivery options for our products.

Payment

You can pay for your StingBee order using any of the following methods:

-        Visa or Mastercard bank card;

-        Apple Pay;

-        Google Pay;

-        invoice for sole proprietors (FOP) and LLCs.

If you require an invoice for a sole proprietor (FOP) or LLC, please indicate this in the relevant field during checkout and provide the necessary billing details.

Orders are shipped after payment has been confirmed.

Cash on delivery is not available.

Delivery

We deliver orders across Ukraine via:

-        Nova Poshta;

-        Ukrposhta.

You can select your preferred delivery service during checkout.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are paid by the customer according to the current rates of the selected carrier.

Delivery times depend on the delivery service, destination, and selected delivery method.

Receiving Your Order

When receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the parcel in the presence of a delivery service representative:

-        check that the packaging is intact;

-        make sure there is no visible damage;

-        check that your order is complete.

If the parcel or product has been damaged during delivery, we recommend documenting the damage together with the carrier’s representative and contacting us.
